A 3D coordinate system is one of the most important tools in this field, because it allows us to represent objects in three-dimensional space. Instead of just an <strong>x<\/strong> and <strong>y<\/strong> axis like in 2D geometry, the 3D system adds a third axis: <strong>z<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>x-axis<\/strong> usually represents horizontal movement, the <strong>y-axis<\/strong> represents vertical movement, and the <strong>z-axis<\/strong> shows depth. Together, these three axes form a framework where every point in space can be described with a coordinate (x, y, z).
